You may have chosen this as one of your memorable scenes but let's talk about Crystal's final confrontation with Yao. Your thoughts about what worked? What didn't work?

When Johnny found out that Yao was still alive it galvanized him into immediate action. It also brought home to him that he loved Crystal and his life wouldn't be worth much is she wasn't in it.

Crystal - wow, what a frightening fight for her life. She used every last ounce of strength she had to defeat Yao and his thugs. I am so glad that she saved herself by defeating him. It all worked for me.

She saved herself!!! I loved how in the midst of dying, she decided to go down fighting and used her training. Everything about this scene worked. Everything.

For all his gumption, Yao wouldn't last long against anyone without his minions and the money and scare tactics he used to employ them.

Crystal handled herself awesomely. She was scared to death for her life but no way she's going down without fighting for it. Love the little head butt she used against Yao. Another knock to his ego and "invincibility".

I agree completely, Yao would have been toast without his hired muscle, which Crystal took out. Yao was such an empty shirt he was nothing when he had to defend himself all by himself. His shinning achievement was that he survived the boat blast all by himself.
