SOLVED. Please help : I'm looking for a Romance book about a schozophrenic heroine, discovered brain tumor, her best friends Cleopatra and Anthony. [s]

I read this book but can't remember the name of the book, author or main character names but the story goes like this:
Heroine doesn't get well along with her father and her mother died alone, she was isolated bcoz she suffered from schizophrenia, so heroine stays with her friends ( i guess their names were anthony and cleopatra) and meets hero (i can't remember specifically but i think just to lose her virginity...something like just for sex) and he is the head of management company and heroine is dancer. Later they fall in love and it is revealed that she has hallucinations. she really doesn't live with her friends. They are her imagination and she is diagnosed with schizophrenia and later on she gets in heated argument with hero and tries to commit suicide and when taken to hospital it's revealed that she is actually suffering due to brain tumor. Please can anyone tell me the name of the book. I tried google search but couldn't find it.
