Speech therapists also work with swallowing deficits. We typically consider ice cream a liquid since it melts during the swallowing process so you're good! ;) Wow...I'm such a nerd lol

Coffee 24/7 for me or ice water. I write Erotic Romance and live in the Pacific NW, U.S.

Greetings from South Africa! For me its coffee...litres of it, but when I want to let my hair down, tequila!
Lol Groovy. The nerd in me lives dangerously!

My daughter reckons I am like Hermione in Harry Potter. I felt quite pleased until I thought a bit longer. Swot, nerd, etc.

England
Coffee usually unintentionally cold, weak with skimmed milk and sweeteners, or decaf tea, or something no added sugar and fizzy and a cheap supermarket own brand.
Erotica/sci fi/humour/weird

From England and I write fantasy.
Coffee, coffee, coffee, preferably with sugar-free dark chocolate and half-and-half.

I live in a pre-revolutionary town on Long Island. A lot of the homes are two to three hundred years old. My drink of choice is water.

I live in FL.
Edit: And I write contemporary and romantic suspense.

Totals so far: coffee and tea are neck and neck! Water and soda/pop are pretty much equal seconds. Alcoholic beverages and energy drinks are last. Seems that country and genre don't have a clear pattern yet. :)

I like that you specified Coca Cola over Pepsi lol. That is an important distinction. I prefer Coke too. :)

I am in western US and I write erotic gay fantasy.

I write children's books and am in the US. I rarely start a writing or illustrating session without a cup/glass of tea. It doesn't matter if it is hot or iced, sweet or unsweet, it just needs to be tea. :)
