A posthumous collaboration between
Mervyn Peake
and family friend,
Michael Moorcock
.
Using as his inspiration a hoard of unpublished illustrations Peake made when telling Sunday bedtime stories to his children, Moorcock tells a fantastical, nonsensical story in homage to his friend.
