book synopsis is actually a used-book sales listing?

Hi, I've come across something very strange twice in the last few days. Somehow a used-book sales listing (from eBay or Amazon or something??) has been submitted as the synopsis for this edition of Paradise: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

And the same thing has happened to the paperback edition of Talking to the Dead, here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

Other editions of both books have correct synopsis/blurb information.
