On the one hand, I'm tired. Years of work, work, work. But on the other hand, I know I must do something. So, I'm going to buy a bike and ride around everywhere this spring and summer with my sidekick:)

Bar hopping and night clubs count? Too bad too few of these lately -:)

Sorry! Bar hopping doesn't count, unless you jump rope your way there. :)
Does fork lifting and mastication count as an exercise?

This is really an ideal way for us readers to get exercise! After more than a year hiatus from jogging, last week I started up with two 1.5km jogs. Now I'm going to get the armband for my phone so that I can listen to audiobooks and podcasts.

Yes, I'm a bit edgy about my surroundings:)

I should be safe on the exercise bike! (Unless the cat decides to 'help'.)

-:) Hike in the land of hostile geese
For me it is walking. My bad back and shot knees doesn't allow me to do harder exercises. Thankfully, my work as a night security guard (unarmed) makes me walk a lot, over two miles per night, so I get my exercise then. That leaves me more time when back home to write my novels.
