Yay, great that you got your book! I have only read like 40 pages of this book so far. It's my final week of spring semester, which means I have several exams and deadlines. Can't wait until Friday when it will be over and I'll be able to actually read something. :D

The winter house (view spoiler)[ doesn't seem like a pleasant place to live in. It's pretty creepy with the pits in the cellar and the boggarts traveling the ley lines under the house. (hide spoiler)]

I agree that Spook (view spoiler)[ is very good at what he does, but trying to keep Meg could be a mistake. Or maybe the mistake has something to do with Morgan. You never know. (hide spoiler)]

Alice (view spoiler)[ is starting to annoy me. I understand she doesn't like the way Meg is treated. I mean, she's a witch herself, so it's understandable that she doesn't want other witches treated unfairly. Anyway, I feel like she shouldn't try to meddle with Spook's business. There is obviously a reason for keeping Meg under control. (hide spoiler)]

I was also (view spoiler)[ worried for a while when Spook got hurt. I wasn't sure he will make it, but on the other hand, I somehow expected Alice to appear and save him. (hide spoiler)]

I checked my local library and I may not be able to get the next book before the end of June. If you're okay reading the next book in the beginning of July, then I'll be happy to read with you. But if you want to read it in June, then I may have to catch up later.
