I joined this group specifically so I could comment on this HORRIBLE book. HATED IT! Anyone who thinks pity is a gift to someone and confuses it with love needs to have her head examined.
Wow, I guess the book was as bad as the made-for-television fiasco. I am still trying to figure out who I can sue to get that two hours from my life back. LOL. I guess I am glad to hear that I am not missing much. After the movie was over I thought I should read the book to make sure either I had not missed something or the screenwriters had just gotten it wrong, but I guess not.
I read this book and pretty much wanted to have a full frontal lobotomy afterwards. I cannot imagine that anyone anywhere considered this worth while. Carrie Bell has zero redeeming qualities. I really wish I had never even heard of this crap.
