I'm currently listening to Daemon by Daniel Suarez, it's a brilliant techno-thriller. I'll probably read another book. It might be A Darker Shade of Magic, but I also consider The Black Company or The King Beyond the Gate

Thanks! And they all came at once from the library haha. 4 of them are short stories, so hopefully that'll allow me to catch up!
I'm currently reading Vampires: The Recent Undead and I will be reading Eragon and Heir to Sevenwaters this month.

Also have plans to pretty much marathon some series starting with the Saxon Stories, and then Malazan. I've decided to put the War of Light and Shadow series on hold until I've completed Malazan keeping with my new rule of reading only one complex long series at a time. That way I can focus on cleaning up some other ones. Life has been very good but suddenly very busy as well :) as to be expected as a parent
