I no longer have the book with me, but when I get a chance to look at it again I can tell you guys the last page of the text itself as well as what exactly is at the back. Then you can make a judgement about which number to use.
I apologize for not being more clear. In my experience the page count on Goodreads has nearly always included the index, notes, etc, so I thought that was the norm and I didn't need to worry about only counting up to a certain page.

No, you are correct to include those. But sometimes after the last numbered page there is more that should be included in the page count, such as the last partially filled page of text (of a novel, for instance), or a Readers' Q & A, or the index/notes/bibliography, etc.
The last numbered page is 396.
