Please Combine (some more)

They're not duplicates per se. One of them has an ASIN, the other has an ISBN. On Goodreads, we list kindle editions with ASINs and ebook editions with ISBNs. Is your book only on Amazon, or are you selling it in ebook format with that ISBN on any other bookseller sites?

If the new edition was added as a separate book, it will be in need for combining with other editions. To avoid that press the "add a new edition" button in any other edition's page.
In the case you sent, both editions were added automatically, but there is a small difference in the titles, made them be added as a separate books

Thanks Z-squared, and sorry, I did #943 and got busy for a while, so my comment was very late

Heya. The intent is exclusivity with Amazon for 3 months and then wide. Hence using an ISBN and my own author imprint :) This allows flexibility to republish wherever I want, when I want. Amazon have the ISBN, this is loaded into the KDP dash, but I suspect for whatever reason this isn't exported or shared automagically.
I guess there's two things here.
1. How to add books 'correctly' so both ASIN and ISBN editions are listed in the future (avoiding this problem, reader confusion, etc.), and
2. How to merge these records, as they are in fact the same book.
It looks like all the other books have made it through the mill correctly (possibly merged?), but these newer ones haven't.
My guess on #1 is to manually add both ASIN and ISBN records when I do that. The second will need some outside assistance :)

Wow! you guys got those done fast. Here are two more. Thanks again!

I'm sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking. Merge means one record is deleted and all its reviews/shelvings are moved to the other record. But that's not allowed in this instance because on Goodreads, ebooks and Kindle editions are treated separately. Do you mean combined? Linked together such that reviews are pooled but the editions are distinct? The only way to make sure they are added together to the database is to add them yourself with their respective ASINs and ISBNs before the books are added from outside databases like Amazon.

Hi Glen!
This not the appropriate thread for your request. We usually post such requests in this thread:
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
But anyway I found these two profiles for the same author:
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...
https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...
You can post, in that thread for GR staff to merge them.
But the profile which will be deleted, has no followers or quotes. So I moved the only book in this profile, to the right profile, and the other one will be deleted automatically by the system.

Yeah that's what I'm asking, and you answered it perfectly thanks :) In the future, I'll be sure to add the respective ASINs and ISBNs. Thanks also for the explanation that GR treats ebooks/kindle editions differently, as it helps me grok what's going on :)
Thanks for the help.
