What did you think of the climax?

Exciting although Clifford and Alicia got off lightly. I prefer it when the villains suffer the consequences rather than taking the easy way out

I thought it very exciting. I was surprised, though, that Maxwell killed Alicia since killing Stanley was such a big risk already for nothing other than a relationship with her. But, he wasn't the brightest bulb.

Exactly! In a way, I think that Alicia was the mastermind and she manipulated him. Perhaps he killed her once he realized she would let him take the fall alone.

That's a good theory. He did say that she was the one that kept pushing to have Stanley killed.

I was actually surprised that Clifford killed Alicia. I thought it would be the other way around.

I agree Lauren, I think she manipulated Clifford into killing her husband.
