Harry's in a new unit within the Robbery-Homicide Division, which is considered the elite group within the LAPD. Does it feel like Harry landed well after the Echo Park debacle?

Yes, it does. I was actually quite surprised that he received this promotion considering the Waits debacle.

Given the corruption at high levels, I think he got more credit for exposing it. He certainly landed well.
