Combine to (Dutch) series: De onnoembaren

If I understand correctly, the Dutch "De onnoembaren" was numbered differently than the French "Les Innomables". It is possible to set this out, but as mentioned in another thread, you can't set the default edition to be different in the two series. I'm working on setting it up.
