Adding multiple editions

Hi, I added the Kindle edition. This title is also currently available on iBooks and Kobo, do I add a separate ebook edition for non-Amazon retailers? There will be a paperback edition released in April, which has an ISBN although the Kindle and ebook versions do not; do I add the trade paperback separately, or is there a way to connect it with the Kindle version?

They should all be added as editions of the same work. If you use "add new edition" from an existing edition they are combined automatically. Otherwise we can combine them after, just ask.
