SOLVED. Huge security guard that has great body but ugly face??? [s]

I read a book recently that had a large/muscle man security guard with a handsome body but "ugly" face. He works at the same office as the heroine and he has a crush on her but is very shy. They start to eat lunch together on their lunch break. The hero is a sweetheart and his family is rich and cruel to him. He also likes to draw and sketch. The heroine falls for him and thinks he's handsome and perfect. She stands up for him repeatedly. What I remember most is that they start out as friends and have a very solid friendship. Any ideas? They play in a softball game together with their office at one point? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
