Jan--if you're around and see this, I saw where you 'liked' that I marked Beautiful Player to read. Well, the reason I marked it is because I'm using that as my book for this challenge from your favorites! I started that series and loved the first two books and then just never continued, so thanks for having it in your faves and making me read it finally!

I still have to finish my list for this one--I think I've only picked 3 so far. Going to get it finished this afternoon when I get back from rehab. Is there a timeline for this one or is it just do it on your own throughout the rest of the year once you get your list finalized?
The 5 star challenge I think is just at your leisure, probably to complete by the end of the year. The Pick For Me challenge is once a month someone assigned to you will pick from your list and you are to read that book that month.
Nay, this challenge was something I set up for fun for myself to complete in 2017. I love that so many others wanted to join the fun too! The only "rule" I had was no one getting mad at me if I didnt like their fave. ;) Fabi's challenge is going to be one book per month (I believe). I think she said she'd switch it to quarterly if everyone thought it got to be too much.
Yay Paula!!I have yet to start because I'm wrapped up in Infidelity series with Ela and we also got The Opposite of You BR starting tomorrow. Soooooooo....its gonna be awhile before I even start on my own challenge. :(

Or... You could be like me *cough, cough Ela* and combine the two challenges into one. I figure I get the best of both worlds this way!

Did I *cough* hear my *cough* name? NO.....ok ....
Yeah, I figured this one was leeeeeisurely, but I just wanted to copy however you're doing it, Leslie. So you're just trying to read all of them by the end of the year to get more books off your tbr, right?Oh and I was getting ready to say 'how the heck are y'all picking Amy's books since she's rated a whopping THREE?!' lol But I see that I need to look at her list on the blog. Or I could pick a Marmy book.

Hey Renee. One of my fav books ever. And my fav trope, friends to lovers :)
Whoa, whoa, whoa... Back the bus up! I dont know how many times I need to say I claim Will Sumner, but it's about to get ghetto real up in here!Grey, Grey, Grey...... just settle, Gretel. Can't we be nice about this? Will wouldn't want us to fight, now would he?
*prepares to duck for cover*
Ela wrote: "Renee wrote: "Yeah, I figured this one was leeeeeisurely, but I just wanted to copy however you're doing it, Leslie. So you're just trying to read all of them by the end of the year to get more boo..."Thanks, Ela! You just saved me a lot of time!!
Tasha--I've been working on it for days! But this one is just a casual challenge that Leslie made for herself and we all decided to jump on the bandwagon. NO PRESSURE in when you read or how much--it's totally up to you!
Tasha I doubt I will get them done, but I made a list. I only used books I own and am thinking of it as my summer reading list.
Finally! I think it took me longer to look through everyone's list than it will for me to read the books! lolAmy - The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay
Anna - The Warlord Wants Forever (Immortals After Dark #1) by Kresley Cole
Bev - Wild Reckless (Harper Boys #1) by Ginger Scott
Cheryl - The Monday Girl (The Girl Duet #1) by Julie Johnson
D.G. - Manwhore (Manwhore #1) by Katy Evans
Ela - A Necessary Sin (The Sin Trilogy #1) by Georgia Cates
Fabi - Low (Low #1) by Mary Elizabeth
Grey - Hot Ticket (Sinners on Tour #3) by Olivia Cunning
Jan – Beautiful Player (Beautiful Bastard, #3) by Christina Lauren
Jean - Epilogue (The Dark Duet #3) by C.J. Roberts
Leslie - Addicted for Now (Addicted #2) by Krista Ritchie
Lisa - Lock & Key (Lock & Key #1) by Cat Porter
Lisa A. - The Butterfly Project by Emma Scott
Maryse - The Opposite of You (Opposites Attract #1) by Rachel Higginson
Melinda - Easy Virtue (Virtue #1) by Mia Asher
Michelle S. - Mercury's War (Breeds #16) by Lora Leigh
Paula - Two Roads (Gypsy Brothers #6) by Lili St. Germain
R. Renee/Robin - Maybe in Another Life by Taylor Jenkins Reid
Tasha - Give Me Love (Give Me #1) by Kate McCarthy
Tessa - Deviant (Blood & Roses #1) by Callie Hart
I do too! OMG, you have to read The Warlord Wants Forever. Hot Ticket was good, and that is something that normally makes me go eep, but it works without making me think Jace is weak. VERY rare. Then you have to read Wicked Beat. I swear, it is one of the sweetest stories ever. They are so broken, but it's not sad. It's funny and gentle, with some angst. *swoon*
Thanks! I tried to go with a bunch of oldies that I've put off for yearrrrs! Somehow, I didn't even realize that Warlord Wants Forever was in existence, and I had put the Sinners on Tour books on hold when O.C. had the 'order of release' fiasco. I had actually started reading what was supposed to be book 3 (Wicked Beat, I think?) and I stopped to wait for the 'new' book #3 but never went back to it. I want to get that entire series finally read and then read the One Night with Sole Regret and Exodus End series as well. And I have been putting off Mercury's War for years as well. I love the Breeds series and really want to get caught up on it, and when I started my list, I was hoping that someone would have MW as a 5-star read, and there is was on Michelle's shelf!

Great list Nay...I love love the Addicted/Calloway Sisters series. I don't really ever push it because A. I'll be heartbroken if people don't love it (I've barely gotten over Robin not loving Thoughtless. Kidding Robin, luffs ya!) I'm not kidding, I'm still a little mad at her. and B. there are a lot of books in series and its a big commitment. It will be exciting to see how many new favorites we all have after this!
Grey wrote: Actually, he'd probably love it...dirty little player that he is! Le sigh!Haha, yes. I probably reread this a couple of times a year.
Great choices Nay. Enjoy. I'm still working on my list.

I think I'll love the series too!
Jan! Where's your list?!!
Renee wrote: "Jan! Where's your list?!!"OK, OK, I'll work on it some more and try to get it done today! Sheesh!
Leslie wrote: "Robin, I switched it from Unbreakable."I remembered just after I asked. I'm down with that! While Cory has the teeniest tiniest edge over Beckett on my book boyfriend spreadsheet, TBP was a 6 star for me.

Yes!!!! I'm so excited! I just finished Lisa's 5 star Whispers and the Roars and I really liked it, but I couldn't get past the grammar errors! I counted 5, and that was trying NOT to spot them :(
I don't think I've ever read a book with grammar errors. Typos, yes, but not grammar. It's mostly "I vs. me" like Yeo and I when it should be Yeo and me. Drove me nuts, especially because I use books as teaching aids for myself and it doesn't work when it's incorrect!
Robin wrote: "I don't think I've ever read a book with grammar errors. Typos, yes, but not grammar. It's mostly "I vs. me" like Yeo and I when it should be Yeo and me. But I'm always seeing the damn dangling gerunds that we both lurve so much. I think I must read many more self-published books that you do where a friend or a beta reader does most of the editing/proofreading! lol
