Hi there I've previously asked but I think I done it on the wrong page oops

I'm desperately needing help to find this as it may be the last of my sanity lol

historical romance she's a widow who's reputation is ruined because her husband and another man died in a dual everyone thinks it's because she was having affair but she didn't she is a virgin and her husband was gay and also the other man that died and she was protecting the reputation of the other mans wife and family

Please any suggestions will be useful many many thanks to anyone who can help
