Level 1 is 1-5 tasks so even though you didn't get the level you were going for, you can still get a badge! Can I just ask you to include your book links though? I'm guessing you copied without the edit window open, if you open the edit window of your original post and copy, it will keep all your links and formatting :)

Kim. E. | 254 comments Sorry it took so long to get on computer to repost again.

I am confused about something and have a question so I know if I need to change anything somewhere else. You wrote me in a post above :" Level 1 is 1-5 tasks so even though you didn't get the level you were going for, you can still get a badge".

I went back to my original post and I didn't put a level on it, so I didn't note a level to compare myself with. Does something happen based on what level I put on my challenge when I post it? Does it matter if I don't meet the level I posted at the beginning or if I get more done than expected?

I always assumed they were a personal thing for myself as a way to motivate myself, but I wanted to be sure I understand it more so I'm sure what I do in the future. Thank you so much!

Sorry, if I confused you Kim, you said in msg #74 that you "didn't completely finish", which I thought you meant that you were hoping to do level 3 (11-15 tasks) but had only managed 8. So I was just letting you know that if you had set a level for yourself at the start and hadn't achieved it that it didn't matter because you were still eligible for a badge (in this case level 2). You don't actually need to declare a level for yourself when you start if you just want to see how many you can get and if you do declare a level , you can change it (up or down) at any time. The level that you end with usually dictates which badge you will be awarded - they'll usually say 'Level One' or 'Level Two' etc (or for this challenge 'Fond Memories' or 'Nostalgia'). I hope that makes things clearer for you :)

Kim. E. | 254 comments Thanks Caroline! Your explanation makes perfect sense to me. Thank you for always taking the extra time to help me understand the process world on here. We've discussed before how hard it is for me to learn new skills, and you've continued to take the extra moments to lead me down a road I understand.

Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate that.
