What is Tales of the Peculiar?

I thought it was very weird how the characters never really acknowledged Fiona's death...

Tales of the Peculiar is a book Ransom Riggs wrote which has many of the Tales that are mentioned in the series. It's brilliant! If you love the series you should read it.

Yes! Of course I'm planning on reading it :) I own a copy of it, but I haven't gotten around to reading all of it yet.

I've seen it in the stores, but I haven't gotten around to buying the tales yet. I will eventually, but I haven't mourned the end of the third book yet to muster up the courage to buy the tales.

On a side note, maybe Fiona isn't dead after all. I'm thinking she's not because like in TV shows and movies, if there's no mention of the body being physically found by one of the main characters, I'm inclined to believe the character who is alluded to be dead isn't in fact dead. But that's just me though.

Could you please clearify this?
First of all, it seems like this isn't the right thread to post this. I would suggest you create a thread for "Top authors".
And why do you want to have a group of top authors?
