Hi all,

I am fairly new to Goodreads, and a first-time author (it makes me just GRIN to say that). 'Beautiful' is a personal growth/inspirational non-fiction book written especially for women. I'm currently working on a second, follow up book for teens. I was recently interviewed by Ben from the fabulous Indie Publishing Group - you can check out the interview here - http://www.indiepublishinggroup.com/a...

I also have a fledgling writing blog here on Goodreads which could really use some love and feedback. As soon as I have grown a bit of a following, I plan to include book reviews and author interviews as well so that I can pay forward all the support and advice I get here. www.goodreads.com/author/show/1643725...

Please let me know what you think! I'd so appreciate the feedback.

Shelby | 21 comments I checked out your blog. Good writing! I especially like the story about the "magic healing" of words for your daughter. You have passed your passion on to her - your torch, so to speak. It is apparent she will do great things.

If you would like a guest post on your blog, please let me know. I write articles about "writing tips."

Keep up your terrific work.

Grady Brown | 16 comments Grady P. Brown is a science fiction author who is diagnosed with high functioning autism. He is a connoisseur of the science fiction, fantasy, and superhero genres. In addition, he is an autism ambassador, hoping to demonstrate the potential benefits one can gain from being autistic.

As a writer, Grady P. Brown utilizes his autism to visualize the story taking place inside of his head like a movie. Also, he has a very strong memory, allowing him to store information about his characters and stories in his brain as though it were a computer hard-drive. His superhero series, The Young Guardians, is based on a childhood fantasy he shared with his best friends of becoming superheroes.

He is also a pit bull owner with two pit bulls named Wally and Fitch.

Grady Brown | 16 comments I had another interview done yesterday. I was asked a number of questions about my books, my origins as an author, and what advice I would provide to aspiring writers. The interview contains photos and links to my various books.
