Spurious edition in database

Darwin's Paradox
I am the second author for on this book (http://amzn.to/2nkbEqf), and thanks to a very helpful librarian named Sandra from Syndey, NSW, Australia, a city I have visited several times and love, this book now shows up on my author page. Good on you Sandra.

The entry for this book shows three editions: Amazon paperback, Amazon Kindle, and a third orphan edition. The two Amazon editions show the cover. The orphan edition shows no cover. If it is not too hard and won't disturb the two good editions, I'd love the orphan edition to be removed.

If this is a difficult or risky request, I'd be happy to live with the orphan edition.
