I really enjoyed this book - part mystery, part character study, well written. Has Gone Girl aspects but it's own story too. Any of you read it?

I just got this book from my local library. Excited to start this weekend.

This book captured my attention from the beginning. I was so engaged in the story. I felt the characters were very real to a point where I actually saw some of them that I may have even met in my own life. I was a little disappointed in the end because I wasn't sure where the author was taking us with the last chapter. However, I liked the mystery part of the story and I thought the book offered a good character study.
