SOLVED. Childrens' book about underwater lab, kids learn about fish. [s]

I'm looking for a J/picture book about a pair of siblings that take a small sub underwater to visit their aunt's (or uncle? I thought aunt) lab where she studies ocean life. I believe it was a reef, but I could be wrong. Most of the book was information about the different species there. I distinctly remember a page about parrotfish, but that's pretty open. @_@

I read it in the 90s.
