SOLVED. Undercover princess, wilderness guide, rapids, lost [s]

I think I may have read this book maybe 6 years ago, bu tit may hav been much older.

I remember the cover, it showed two three teenagers on a canoe or inflatable boat, and they are in rapids, so their faces are looking pretty shocked. its an illustration. There's a blonde girl, and in the front there is a boy with curly hair. And I think there is another boy in it I'm not sure.

From what i remember, t was about a teen boy who helps out in a family business which is acting as tourguides in the wilderness. They would take rich people out on camping and nature hikes. I think they were natives? And the boy is with his cousin I think.
Then one day, a girl and her brother arrive, blonde, british and they are royal. But they don't want anyone to know, but the tour guide people. So the boy and I think his cousin have to take them on a trip, camping and stuff. The royals have body guards with them, in suits.
I remember the boy liked the girl, obviously. In one part, I think he goes into the tent with her and talks while they are all around a fire. I don't know if he kiss her, or if cousin/or someone jokes with him about it.
Another part I remember is then boy and princess get lost, and the princess girl shows the boy how they can use their wristwatches as a compass somehow, and the boy is impressed with this. The princess tells him that she is in to nature and stuff and read a lot about it. I think they have an overprotective dad who wants them to toughen up. And the princesses brother is younger, and not as brave and helpful as the girl
There is also something about knives..
And then the rapids, they get stuck in rapids but I don't remember why or anything.
