Anthology/contributing author not listed

Hi, I am a contributing author to the anthology, Hero Lost: Mysteries of Death and Life. I was not originally listed on Amazon as an author, but that has since been corrected: www.amazon.com/Hero-Lost-Mysteries-De.... Is there a way to correct the Goodreads data to include me so that this book shows up on my author page?

In the process of trying to fix this, I accidentally added a book called "mysteries of death and life" (all in lower case, with no other info) to my author page. So sorry! Is there a way to delete this error?
