SOLVED. YA main character named Clementine. [s]

I'm looking for the name of a book I read when I was a young teenager (about 14 or 15 years ago).
The main character's name is Clementine and she goes to live her dad and new step mom. I think the step mom is pregnant or just had a baby. Clementine sees thjngs from the past (I think...I don't remember a lot of the details...)

No. It was a novel in the teen/young adult section in my hometown library
