Non-Fiction series are hard, but I don't think these pass the "every edition of the work" test.

"The World of the Polis" for instance, has been published several times separately, although it's always noted as volume 2 of "Order and History" on every copy I can see, no matter the publisher. Order and History would be a series, but not the entire collected works.

That said, when someone has put so much work into creating such a series, I wouldn't like to remove them until an interested party has had a chance to create a listopia.
