SOLVED. Paranormal book with magic about a powerful little girl and an evil queen. [s]

Hi, everyone!

I am searching desperately for a book which I can't remember the name of.

What I remember is that
- it is written in multiple perspectives
- It is about a powerful little girl
- it has an evil, sadistic, powerful queen who tortures men (society ruled by women)
- the girl had gems of all colors appear to her which meant she was very powerful
- it has magic
- the girl was taken in by a powerful warlock who I think was the king of the underworld

I think the series has 3 books and that the title contains the word "queen" but I'm not sure...In the first book, she is a little girl and I think from the second book she is grown up.
