Jocqueline (theaudioflow) | 6 comments How long does it normally take for a new edition of a book to filter under the author? I've added a new edition to the book and now am waiting for it to show under her profile so we can combine the editions together. However, it hasn't populated. Any information on how long this takes?

Thank you.

Tal (taliesien) If you added a new edition properly it would already be combined with the work. I took a look at what you did and ...a librarian needs to do some cleanup.

Here's the unpublished Kindle edition (pub date Mar 28, 2017):
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

Amazon book page: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06...

Then there's this edition (the one you added):
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...

It looks like one person posted an ARC review (since it hasn't been published yet) so the case could be made that the edition you just added could be marked as an ARC ebook format although the cover source is unknown/questionable.

ETA: Looks like this title is being self-published concurrently via Amazon for the Kindle edition & Draft2Digital for the ebook edition.

Pre-release cover from author site: http://www.desnidantone.com/marked.html and it looks like it will have a D2D ebook ISBN of 9781386843658.

Jocqueline (theaudioflow) | 6 comments Hello Tal-
Thanks for the information. I'm still not sure how/when/if the information will updated so both editions can be combined. When I went in to edit it says I have librarian privileges, so I just need to know the next step. Or do I need to wait until the actual book is published? Or is there something else that needs to be done on my end?

All the editions of that work are combined already.
