Need help adding a book of mine

RE: ISBN 978-1-86144-231-4--Please add to my books as author

I messed up when trying to add another book of mine, but to be fair, when I first found the book (already on GR), I could NOT for the life of me see how to then add it.

Then I accidentally clicked in some way that it created another 'version' of this book. So now I need help with 2 things. Big sigh.

1) Please REMOVE the bogus 'Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the Essential Guide' with no cover pic, on my author page.

2) Please ADD the real one! ISBN 978-1-86144-231-4

I publish my psychology books with my maiden name included (Sara Goldsmith Pascoe), to tie this work together with my prior career (in...psychology! :).

Sara, please post a request for assistance next time you hit a snag, as it saves us additional steps.

The book did not need to be added, as both the paperback and Kindle editions were already in the Goodreads catalog. I moved those editions to your profile. More on that, below.

I have queued the empty duplicate for merging, which will delete it. However, the merge function is severely backlogged, so it might take a couple of weeks for the duplicate to be removed from the catalog. Please be patient. It's a known problem, and the developers are working on it.

Regarding this book: the editions did not appear under your profile because they were, as you pointed out, published as "Sara Goldsmith Pascoe," while your profile is "Sara Pascoe." The listings must have the primary author as shown on the cover; I added "Sara Pascoe" as a secondary author so the book would appear under your claimed profile.

Because you have not claimed the "Sara Goldsmith Pascoe" profile, you cannot make changes to the listing.

I suggest that you contact Goodreads Support and ask that your current profile be merged with the Sara Goldsmith Pascoe profile so that your profile uses your full name. Any books published with just your first and last name would be included under the full-name profile because the full name includes the first and last.

If you prefer to keep the two profiles separate, you can claim the full-name profile by logging on under a different email address. We can then remove the book from your first-name/last-name profile.

Thanks, Dobby! Certainly didn't mean to make you guys any extra work. Like I said, I had accidentally created this 'dummy' version. (I had moved my mouse down the page, but obviously somehow managed to accidentally click on the title in the pulldown menu as were offered after I typed in the title in the box).
