I asked a more experienced Librarian than me about this & she was also unsure & suggested posting here.

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... appeared in my feed & my attention was drawn by the incorrect capitalisation. But the picture looks more like a poster & my friends tells me the language is Spanish.

Only listing I can find for it is here (note different picture) with no indication that the author has authorised it

Advice appreciated. Do I need to just correct title & delete "cover" or should more be done?

The (Spanish) person who added it, gave the language as English. Probably they used the simply scripts site to download it and added the Spanish poster as a "cover".

Since the pdfs on that site are not official publications, the "book" should be deleted in my view.

Maybe you can PM the person and ask them about it, or if you don't want to do that, flag the add and let Support handle it?

Thats how I think it has played out.
