Amanda (__amanda__) | 25 comments Hi. Just wanting some supernatural books that are sweet and/or funny like authors above plus Penny Reid, Tara Sivec etc. Those are the types of authors I like as the have good humour or the love stories are perfection and the writing is perfect. Thankyou.

MaryJanice Davidson (author of Iebedeva's Betsy suggestion) also had the Fred the Mermaid series too. it's a simple trilogy and is finished, so no long waits for the next book. Sleeping with the Fishes is book 1.

Molly Harper has 2 series, Nice Girl's Don't is the first series (4 books long) and the second series is a spin off of the Nice Girl's series and is called Half Moon Hollow. Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs
is book 1 of the first series and The Care and Feeding of Stray Vampires is the first book of the spin-off series. The characters from the previous series all appear in the Half Moon Hollow series, and then the characters in the earlybooks make guest appearances in later books. These are very funny, especially the quotes from the "self-help" books that are supposed to help out the mc in each of the books deal with what's happening in their life. She also has a were-wolf series How to Run with a Naked Werewolf is one of the books in that series. (Sorry, don't remember if that's book 1 or not.)
