We are excited to learn and read What If I Say the Wrong Thing?: 25 Habits for Culturally Effective People
It is so important to be respectful of diversity, especially in professional environments, and this book will help us learn to act in a culturally effective way. Libraries are places where everyone is welcome, and we want to make sure that everyone does feel welcomed!

As we near the end of the month, we are sharing some discussion questions to see what you thought of What If I Say the Wrong Thing?: 25 Habits for Culturally Effective People
We've also found some additional resources to check out, if you'd like more insight from the author.

1. Was there a story or example that was similar to a situation you have found yourself in before? Which tips would you have found useful in that situation?

2. Did you learn about some biases you weren't previously aware of before reading this book?

3. In general, what did you find most/least helpful about this book?
