Read 2 times problem

Hello.
I have a some strange problem on goodreads. When I read a book and choose it from "currently reading" to a "read" it's ok. But when I add a new shelf and add that book to it, goodread tells me that I read this book 2 times.

How can I solve that problem?

Looks like you've also got this edition on your shelves: Light in August

(Small print underneath the option to add a second read date is "Other edition" with a link.

It's a known bug that first occured when they introduced the new "re-read" feature. They are working to fix it, meanwhile you can post in the Feedback group (specifically this thread https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... ), which is the proper place to report bugs or make questions about the site, not this group.
