I read One Year After right after the group read the first one - and I liked it, but found it a bit stilted.
The Final Day was just released last month. It's a bit pricey as an e-book for me, so I am on the waiting list at the library.

I finished The Final Day earlier today. Here is my review:
This is the 3rd & last book in the trilogy, and I was satisfied with the ending - always a good thing when you're happy with how a trilogy ends, after spending so much time with these characters!
I give the book 3 1/2 stars because, again, the writing is a bit stilted, especially in the beginning. The author also seems to repeat himself several times in the beginning.
It's a hard, harsh world in America 2 1/2 years after the EMP. But the American spirit lives on and there is hope that we will carry on - carry on as though we lived in the mid-1800's, but carry on as Americans.
