SOLVED. Lesbian romance book. Main character's name is Brooke. [s]

This book's about these two women who fall in love and the main characters name is Brooke. I've been looking for like two weeks now and I can't find anything about it. The woman Brooke falls in love with a woman who owns a pet store and that's how they meet, I don't remember the store owners name. The store is also visited by its neighbors and some of them are a little weird like an old lady that can't stop talking about her pets. Brooke takes her moms dog there (I think its a Chihuahua or something idk if that will help) Brooke also thinks shes straight until she meets the store owner. The store owner also lives with her gay friend I forget his name but hes pretty flamboyant. So if any of this info helps anyone find this book please let me know. Thanks.

I read this around one or two years ago in 2015/2016 I think. I don't remember Brooke's job sadly. Brooke liked running and would run by the pet store to see the store owner. I do remember that Brooke has no siblings and a mom and dad. The store owner has a friend that helps at the store and is always trying to talk to the woman about Brooke.
I think this was based in the U.S. and it's in a pretty small city it might be somewhere in the New England area or Pennsylvania.
I'll try to think of some more little things, but that's all I got for right now.

I have no idea if it was a hard copy or not I just found it on Ebook.bike and I don't remember seeing a publisher in it or not sorry.
