A Walk with Matthew

Hi, everyone, I recently published a poetic devotional interpretation of the Gospel of Matthew that was motivated by my desire for a more genuine, intimate, meaningful, and joyful relationship with Jesus. At the time I started, I had been a believer for several decades, but found myself dissatisfied with my progress in becoming like Jesus, and challenged to do better. I had much to unlearn and much to learn. The process of writing "A Walk with Matthew" was a great encouragement. I came out more engaged in pursuing Jesus, more encouraged in the faith, more confident in eternal life, and more joyfully content in this life.
