(view spoiler)[I honestly don't know what to feel yet about the Goblin King. With all his creepiness you can't help but be wary. However, I think it's nice to know that she wants her to be his bride. Perhaps they've developed some spark when they were spending time together a long time ago. I get the feels of romance-incoming. I also get the feels of Caraval? How about you guys? what do you think?
The sad thing is, we, readers are also led to suspect and be wary. lol. I'm having fun with the writing style, very poetic. (hide spoiler)]

Part One (view spoiler)[ Well Kathe is gone, but damn if Liesl's grandmother didn't warn her. Girl chose her brother over Kathe. So obviously there's a german part to this, but I wonder if Goblins are similar to fae, because the lore seems real similar. Maybe germany had Goblins while Ireland/UK had faeries?? Either way I'm enjoying this and I love how the narrator pronounces everything, it sounds beautiful. (hide spoiler)]

Part Two (view spoiler)[ I don't know whether I should be mad at the Goblin King for his games or sad for him because his past is so sad. I think he and Liesl would be good for each other tho. I was so glad Liesl managed to get Kathe out, I didn't think it would happen. And I'm kind of excited for Liesl to marry the Goblin King. (hide spoiler)]

Part Three (view spoiler)[ I was really struggling with Liesl's resentment at the Goblin King, I didn't understand it. But when they argued I was like oh now everything makes sense!! I'm glad Liesl and the Goblin King have figured out their relationship finally. Kind of reminded me of Feyre's relationship evolution in ACOMAF (hide spoiler)]

Sorry I was behind with this read. But I was so happy that the dedication was in Korean (my mother language is Spanish but I'm studying korean since two and a half years ago) so I was so ecstatic when i read 할머니 (grandmother) and 사랑해 (I love you). Ok , I'll tune my nerdiness XD

I love the writting. It's poetic and dense.

Nerdy fact: In winter of 2016 was aired a kprean serie about a Goblin or 도깨비 that was a mix between korean and european folklore. And was very different. He was human originaly, for example, and was very handsome ;)

Kathe is missing! And no one remembers her! Holy cow! That's crazy. That's going to make finding her even harder.

I also understand what he meant when he said about the pretty lie rather than the ugly truth. The pretty lie is her being a part of a family that doesn't have Kathe.

Intermezzo is an interlude of sorts. In music it is a part that is different from the rest of the piece.

I was hooked from the begining but I'm glad that you finally find interesting the story.
intermezzo is Italian a word for a musical composition, like overture. It's a short opera, generaly it is put between two other pieces more extensive. It means interlude or interval.
