The chapter titled Wednesday 30th September on page 333 continues until 397. Then Thursday, October 1st pages 399 to 403. Friday October 2nd, Pages 405 to 415

The difference between the publisher & the reader could be that it is a mid trade paperback size. Book Depository gives 126 x 198 x 35mm which is about 20mm larger/taller than an ordinary pb.
