Book about a girl who has supernatural abilities and she's part of a 'gang' of others who are gifted (I think most all citizens have gifts but the are a group or six of seven who have rare gifts). She's in love with one of them; he is the consort of the leader. She uses her power on a train and is tracked to her and her fathers apartment. SHe is captured and taken to a 'tower' with others who are gifted. She is chosen to be mentored by a man who never associated with others and they fall in love. The escape this outside community with others..

Danielle, I've deleted your duplicate message and bumped this one up for you by putting a comment into it. Please don't place multiple requests for the same book. Just go back to the previous request and "bump" it up by typing anything at all into the comment box. Many of our members just type "BUMP", hence the name for it.

Save the location of your postings somewhere--the "Favourites" section of your browser, stored in a Document, etc. so that you can come back and check on it periodically and bump it up. The usual "bump" period is 30 to 90 days.
