McKensie and Lara

London looked at him hopefully, a small smile dancing on her lips. "That's alright. I'm sorry for overreacting." She said softly. "And... I don't know... James... I have nightmares from when we were captured... I don't want to have that happen again..."

James nodded "me either! But being human doesn't keep you out of trouble either! You can't fly anymore!"

London bit her lip and looked away. "Do you really think so?" She asked softly.

James sighed "you becoming human took away my wings too! I need them!"

London looked shocked. "I didn't know it would take away your wings too!" She said, running downstairs. "Dad! Dad make me a demon again now please!"
Torch laughed softly to himself. "That didn't last very long." He said, giving her her powers back.

James sighed in relief and carefully flapped his wings "thanks dad!"

Torch smiled. "No problem."
London grinned and ran back upstairs to James. She hugged him tightly. "Im sorry."

James hugged her back "it's ok, I promise to keep you protected and out of trouble! But I'm glad you decided to be a demon again!"
Mae shook her head smiling lightly "those two...quite amazing!"

London smiled and nodded, "I trust you." She said, shrugging. "You needed your wings back."
Torch nodded. "They really do have something in eachother." he agreed.

James nodded "yeah but you would get bored being a human!"
Mae stood on her tiptoes and kissed him "we have a little something too." She teased nuzzling him

London nodded. "I would have." She agreed, smiling.
Torch hugged her and kissed her gently. "We do. We really do."

James nodded and went back to drawing, he blinked though it looked like his drawing was moving "Loo...am I going crazy?"
Mae pulled him over to the couch and lay on him "ever think your life was going to be like this?"

London came over to see what he was talking about and gasped. "Are you doing that?" She asked softly.
Torch let her lead him to the couch, and he held her gently on top of him. "No. I never would have guessed." He said honestly.

James watched as it came alive off the page and walked around the room "d-dad!"
Mae looked up "uh oh..."

London gasped and jumped back, trembling with awe and fear.
Torch sighed and got up. "I'll be right back." He walked upstairs. "What is i.... oh...." He breathed, just staring for a moment.

James was pretty shocked "I uh...didn't uh...I hate this! It's ruining my life!"

Torch walked over and hugged him quickly. "Hey. Don't say that." he told him softly. "Listen, you just need to try and relax and gain control again, and it will go away. It's just a matter of concentration."

James moved away "no! Just stop! I don't get my legs, I can't draw and everything catches on fire! Get out!" Everything just boiled to the surface.

Torch wouldn't have backed up, but the heat that was starting to simmer in the room was kindling his own fire that he was so careful to keep well buried away. "James..." He said softly. "Please try to calm down bud, I know you're having a rough time but..."
London had backed away, staring at James in shock. Why was he yelling at their father? It scared her.

James couldn't handle it and the room burst in flames his eyes flashing orange and fiery! "Just go!"
Mae pulled London away "come on..."

Torch groaned as the flames licked at him, raising the heat in him to an unbearable temperature. He couldn't hold onto them anymore and his body burst into flame. He looked like a living inferno. "James..." he whispered, only sadness in his voice. He knew he had to get out of there before his fire grew any brighter and started melting things. Spreading his wings he took off out the window, looking like a comet, a fiery comet as he shot away, looking for somewhere barren he could stay until he cooled down again.
London stared at James, scared. Since when did he get this angry? It was like she didn't even know him anymore. "James... You're scaring me." She whispered, as her mother pulled her away.

James was scared and fell out of his wheelchair scared, he sank down to Hell trying to get away. He upset his dad and sister...he hated this!
Mae was scared and just held onto London "it's ok Loo...everything will be ok..."

Torch sank down into a field where he immediately scorched the ground black. Wrapping his flaming wings around himself, he curled up and tried to make himself as small as possible so he would cool off faster. "All my fault." He whispered. "This is all my fault..."
London shook her head, trembling. "No its not!" She cried, sobbing against her mother.

Mae sighed and held her close and rocked her on the couch "shh shh honey this isn't the first time that dad has been like this...and James has so much like your dad..." She wished she could go off and find him she was worried.

London sniffled and shook her head. "He left me. James just left me." she whispered, chewing on her lip. Then she got up. "I need to be by myself." she said, and ran up to her parents room where she huddled on the bed and just cried.
Torch, to his great dismay, was not cooling down as fast as he had hoped. He still burned just as brightly and it hurt him to know he couldn't control it. He stayed tucked in as small as possible, trying to drown out the world. He knew this was his doing. This was the reason his family was falling apart slowly.

Mae sighed sitting on the couch and burying her face, upstairs was completely destroyed and she just let it out crying in sobs. She missed Torch and she missed the unity of her family.

London curled up beneath the blankets, crying softly. Her brother and her best friend had left her when he said he never would. He had just yelled at their parents and left. London was too scared of Hell to go back down there and try and find him, so she was left alone.
When ignoring the pain of guilt didn't work, Torch slumped on his side and just lay against the now scorching ground, closing his eyes tiredly. From a distance, he looked somewhat like a large bonfire.

James felt stuck, he felt like he had betrayed his family and ruined everything. He hadn't even known he could have such a temper! He never had yelled at anyone before...

((Torch and london pretty much stay the same... lol anyways. Have to go now. Bye!))

James looked up and saw Demetri it took a lot of self control not to attack "don't come near me Dem...I'll hurt you!"

Dem frowned a little. "I'm not worried about that James. Are you ok?" He asked, standing where he was.

Mae nodded and sighed "please..." She said quietly and looked at her friend before leaning on her shoulder.
"No I am not!" His fiery demon screamed and turned completely fire and then instantly cooled down with James shaking "told you..."

Lexi nodded and got up, going to see London. "Hey... are you ok?"
London shook her head, shaking. "James left me!"
Dem raised an eyebroe at him. "Was that your demon?" He asked. "I want to help you you know."

James swallowed "I don't know what it is...I've never gotten angry and now my house is destroyed, my sister is upset and I made my dad lose control...don't want to hurt anyone else..."

Lexi sighed and scooped her up. "Lets go see your mother." She said, carryong her down to Mae.
Dem sighed softly and lay a gentle hand on his shoulder. "Just relax and try to regain control." He coaxed.

Mae scooped up London and held her close "your brother didn't leave to hurt you...he left trying to keep things safe...he was scared..."
James flinched at his touch but sighed and tried to relax but all he saw was the room In flames and London screaming that he was scaring her...he burst in flames again "n-no!"

London hugged her mother. "But... he was shouting... and then he just left. James never does that..."
Dem put his other hand on James's shoulder as well and looked at him seriously. "Look at me, and take a deep breath. Stop thinking about whatever happened before."

Mae sighed "remember when you saw daddy's demon form? James is getting his...that wasn't your brother honey, it's hard to control..."
James put his hand's on Dem's shoulder and watched him focusing on his dark eyes as he tried to get himself to calm down and contain it again.

London started to tremble. "Why do we have to have demon forms? Im scared."
Dem nodded. "There you go. Just breathe, and control it. You can do it."

Mae stroke her hair "protection...it's like a body guard wherever you go...if you had your demon phase you wouldn't have gotten kidnapped...you would have fought and won."
James took deeper breaths and he slowly felt himself boil down, but he was exhausted and ran a hand through his hair "can't go back..."

London nodded slowly in understanding, seeing how that could in fact be helpful. "Ok. But what good is it if my only friend just leaves me?" She asked, almost crying.
Dem watched him for a moment. "Well you don't have to, if you don't want to. You could just stay down here. With me." He offered. "Is that what you want?"

Mae sighed "James will come back don't worry love...he wouldn't leave forever"
James sighed "yes but...I'd hurt Loo by not going back..."

London shook her head. "He would have been back by now." She whispered. She saw Torch and smiled a little. "Hey Dad." She said softly, before getting up and running back upstairs again. She locked herself away in her parents room as the tears came again. James wouldn't be coming back for her.
Dem nodded slowly. "Well. It's your decision." He told him.

James nodded "not for me Dem. but I'll visit often." He gave a hug and headed up quickly finding London "Loo...do you hate me?..."

London squeaked when James appeared in the room. She saw that he was in fact James, and no longer on fire and she immediately ran towards him, leaping at him for a hug. "You came back!" She exclaimed, sobbing.

James held her closely glad that he had made the right decision "I said I would never leave you Loo...and I truly mean it, I just had to make sure I couldn't hurt you..."

London shook her head. "You could never hurt me." She said. "I heal fast, remember? Just don't leave again. Please." She said.

James nodded "I meant hurt you emotionally...I scared you...and I'm sorry..."
James frowned "don't go Loo...I'm sorry I got upset, I can understand your need to be normal...and you are my sister!"
