London stared at the form beneath the sheet in shocked silence, tears streaming down her cheeks.Torch felt ice run into his blood stream. He knew he would give his life for hers. He was worried even after he used all his energy to heal her, that she still wouldnt come back. But he could only try. He walked over to her, pulling back the sheet so he could look at her face. A tear ran down his cheek. Kissing her gently, he placed his hand over her heart and started to heal her. "You gave me your heart. Now take my life and get well." He whispered, continuing to heal her long after was safe. When all his energy was used up, he slumped to the floor, his body lifeless.
Lexi felt her heart sink a little. She hated lying to him, but she had to right now. "Nothing. Im fine." She whispered, smiling.
James gasped watching and went to his dad immediately and hugged him "this is all my fault...I'm so sorry...please!" He begged. Tears dripped onto Torch and started to heal him slowly, James buried his face in his chest sobbing.Damon still worried but kissed her gently "if you are sure?..." His voice quiet his eyes full of worry.
Torch stayed still for a long time, as he had given his life to Mae. Then he shifted a little and moaned.Lexi bit her lip and nodded slowly. "Fine. Just remebering memories, is all..." she said honestly. "Im fine."
James looked up and shook his shoulder "Dad?..." He said hopeful and looked up at London "is mom?..."Mae let a gasp of breath when Torch started to come to, they had to live together or not at all.
Damon hugged her tightly and sighed "I'm so sorry...I'm here love."
Torch's eyes blinked open. "Hey bud." He whispered, ruffling his hair. London laughed and ran to her, hugging her. "Mommy!" She cried.
Lexi nodded, hugging him tightly. "Thank you."
James sighed in relief and hugged him tightly crying "don't go...I'm sorry!"Mae slowly opened her eyes and stroke London's hair "hi pretty girl..."
Damon nodded and smiled kissing her softly and feeling her tummy move "Taylor likes it when we kiss!"
Torch smiled and sat up, hugging him. "I wont go. Its alright." He promised.London curled her small hands around her hospital gown, "I thought you were dead!" She wailed.
Lexi giggled. "Yes, it would seem so." She agreed, grinning. "I cant wait for her to come." She said honestly. "Then she wont weigh me down, and we'll have another little you running around." She joked.
James wouldn't let go, all he could see in his mind was Torch lying there lifeless both of his parents dead. He tried to be brave for his sister but it was a lot!Mae soothed her holding her close "I'm back...how could I leave my amazing children?...you have a new little brother..."
Damon grinned and shook his head "she's going to be a little you!" He insisted and leaned down kissing her stomach "can you wait until your due date?..."
Torch hugged him tight. "You're alright... right?" He asked hopefully.London nodded, sniffling as she slowly calmed. "A new brother?"
Lexi rolled her eyes. "Not sure if that is a good thing." She said, shaking her head. Then she grinned. "Yes. I can at least wait that long. I dont want any miscarriages. "
James nodded "my tears...made sparks on your skin." He tried to explain and helped his dad up and went to his mom and hugged her too.Mae smiled at Torch never feeling so much love for him "you're ok..." She slowly tried to sit up with the kids clinging to her.
Damon nodded seriously and frowned "wonder how Mae and the baby are?..."
Torch smiled , hugging him again before he ran to Mae. "You saved my life." He told him. Then he went to Mae and pushed her back down gentlu, hugging her tightly. "You died." He whispered. "Dont you ever do that again."Lexi bit her lip. "I do hope theyre alright.."
Mae held him close and nodded "my spirit was so mad at you...it was going to kick your butt right back into your body!" She said seriously and sighed kissing him "the baby?..."James pulled London away slightly so mom and dad could have time together. They went to the cafeteria to get some food, which consisted of cookies and ice cream.
Damon nodded "want to go check?"
Torch laughed. "Sorry darling. I was worried about you." UHe said softly."the baby is small, but just fine." He assured.
London ate with James, drying her tears.
Lexi nodded. "That would be good." She agreed.
((Have to go for a bit now. Bye!))
Mae smiled and kissed him again "you're forgiven..." She assured and ran her hands through his hair "I love you...I want to see our son."James hugged her close "mom is ok...everything is ok Loo." He promised and fed her a cookie "be happy?"
Damon led her in and his heart stopped when next to her name on the whiteboard was a black x referring to deceased "no..."

Torch smiled. "Well thats good news." He said. Then he nodded slowly. "You can see him. But I cant bring him to you. Hes in thr NCIU ward." He explained.London nodded and hugged him. "Im sorry." She said. "For crying. I dont mean to..."
Lexi's heart started to pound and she gulped, her face paling. She turned and dashed out of the hospital as the tears turned on. She didnt know where she was running, she was just running from the grief.
Mae sighed and nodded "I'm too weak to get up...can you take pictures or video him?..." She hated that she couldn't see him "what do you want to name him?"James frowned confused "you are allowed to cry Loo...I was crying! It was hard..." He kissed her cheek "your my sister..."
Damon started to fly amazingly fast and gripped onto her tightly trying to get her calmed down "I'm sorry...."
Torch smiled. "Of course. Ill go take a video as soon as you wish." He promised. Then he kissed her forehead. "What names were you thinking?"London nodded slowly. "Thank you." She said, hugging him. She needed the comfort he gave her right now.
Lexi kept running even after he caught her, not registering that she was lifted off the ground for a good couple minutes. Then she stilled and turned towards Damon, crying into his shoulder.
Mae shook her head "you get to name him this time..." She assured "been through so much...and you've seen him!"James fed her some ice cream "our clubhouse is going to be so cool."
Damon stroke her hair and rubbed her back "shhh I'm sorry..."
Torch chuckled. "Alright. How about Zachary?" He asked, kissing her forehead.London nodded, smiling. "Yes it is." She agreed. "Itll be the coolest ever."
Lexi clutched him, her whole body shaking. "I didnt get to say goodbye." She sobbed.
Mae smiled and nodded excited "Zach...I love it!" She pulled him down and kissed him "can you go film him...I want to see him so badly Torch."James nodded and then blinked the table was on fire he backed up quickly scared and ducked grabbing London "let's go!"
Damon nodded kissing her head "we better make sure Torch and the kids are ok..."
Torch nodded, taking his phone with him. He took a three minute video of little Zach shifting and sucking his hand in his sleep. Then he brought back his phone and gave it to her.London stared at the flames. "Was that you?" She asked, shocked.
Lexi nodded numbly, following him. Her eyes were red from crying.
Mae eagerly took it and smiled covering her mouth as tears of joy streamed down her cheeks "look at him...oh what a sweetheart, what color is his eyes?"James slowly nodded as someone extinguished it, he swallowed "I wasn't even mad..." He was scared about what he could do.
Damon asked a nurse and was led to the room, he blinked Mae was very much alive...looked weak like Lexi did but alive!
Torch smiled gently at her. "He has blue eyes." He said softly, kissing her forehead.London saw how nervous he looked and she smiled sympathetically. "Itll be ok."
Lexi sared at Mae. "Mae....?" She bit her lip and ran over, hugging her.
Mae was taken back and hugged her friend weakly "hey..." She smiled and looked at her "why the tears?"Damon smiled at Torch "we thought she was..."
James shook his head moving a foot away from her "I don't want to hurt you..."
Lexi shook her head. "I thought you died!!!" She cried, hugging her tightly.Torch nodded slowly. "She did."
London stared at him. "What? No. You could never hurt me..." she walked over to hug him again.
DMae hugged her and sighed "I did...Torch..." She sighed exhausted "don't cry..."Damon frowned "are you ok?"
James shook his head "Loo! Please!"
((Won't be on tomorrow! Surgery day!))
((Hope it goes well!))Lexi nodded in understanding and tried to whipe her tears away. "Im sorry." She said softly.
Torch chuckled nervously. "Now I am..."
London stared at him in shock. Biting her quivering lip, she turned away from him and ran to the corner where she curled up under a bench and started to cry. Her only friend had just left her!
((I feel great :) ))Mae held her and smiled "now you know how much it hurts...I love my best friend."
Damon rubbed his arm and smiled "yeah...that's when you really know how much you love them."
James came back and crouched by her "I love you Loo...but I..." He saw fire and couldn't stop it as it came towards her.
((That's good :) ))Lexi nodded, hugging her tight. "Yes. Now I know." She agreed. "I was so worried you were gone!"
Torch nodded in agreement. "No kidding." He chuckled. "If you told me I'd die for an angel just two years ago, I would have punched them." He joked.
London looked up at him hopefully, but then the fire started and she stared at it. "James...!?" She asked, crawling back further into the corner beneath the table. He wouldn't hurt her with that fire, would he?
Mae smiled and showed her the video of Zach "how could I leave this beautiful boy?..."Damon laughed and nodded and then paused "you died for her...then how are you alive?"
James backed away and stopped it crawling into his own corner and crying "make it stop..."
Lexi watched the video and sighed in adoration. "Aw he is so precious! "Torch smiled a little. "James healed me. Still not quite sure how... speaking of. Where are my kids?"
The fire had been centimeters from burning her when James had stopped it and walked away. Why would he hurt her? It shocked London. She just stared, trembling.
Mae smiled "Torch named him Zachery...I think it fits him perfectly, he's so small though..."Damon frowned and led him down to the cafeteria, he saw the kids at opposite side of the room and burn marks everywhere "Torch?..."
Lexi smiled. "Such a sweet name. Im sure he'll grow bigger Mae. He's got demon in him to help him along." She assured.Torch tensed when he saw the burn marks. Moving over to James, he knelt in front of him. "What happened, bud?"
London, now over her shock, curled up under the cafeteria table and started to cry quietly.
Mae sighed and nodded "nearly lost both of us...he's strong, I want to see him so badly though..."James was crying pretty hard "I almost hurt Loo...I don't want this! Take it away!"
Damon sat by her and rubbed her back softly "you ok sweety?"
Lexi nodded sympathetically. "Maybe I can get you a wheelchair or something and bring you to him?"Torch watched his son, his own heart gripped in pain for him. "I can't James." He said softly. "You must learn to control it."
London was trembling, but she looked up at him nervously. "I almost got burned." She whimpered.
Mae smiled "really? You will help me? Thank you!" She sat up slowly and sighed breathing deeply "oh this hurts!"James shook his head "keep Loo away from me...I almost hurt her!"
Damon held her close "he didn't mean it...he can't control it loo, your dad was the same way..."
Lexi bit her lip and rubbed her back supportingly. "Take it slow." She urged.Torch sighed, knowing what lay ahead now. "It will be hard, and you may need to kerp your distance for a bit, but I know you can contr it. I learned how. You have it in you, I know you do."
Lonond nodded, hugging him, still trembling, but not as much. "Why though? Why the fires? Why cant he control them? Im his sister."
Mae nodded and shifted into the chair and took her hand "how's Taylor doing?" She stroke her stomach "Zachery needs to meet his best friend..."James sniffed and shook his head "take me somewhere that I can't hurt anyone or anything..." He swallowed "like you did..."
Damon sighed "he has powers...he can't control them, he loves you that's why he moved away...not because he doesn't love you."
Lexi smiled and looked down at her own stomach after helping to Ease Mae into the chair. "She's coming along normally." She smiled. "Zach and Taylor. Now wont they make a cute couple?" She laughed. Look at us. Matchmaking before she's born." She shook her head and slowly wheeled Mae out into the hallways.Torch grimaced, and then nodded slowly. "Are you sure that's what you want? It wont be fun James, amd you may be there for a while."
London nodded slowly in understanding. "Will he be like that forever?" She asked softly.
Mae smiled "well, I think it's brilliant of us! Then we really be family!" She looked in the incubator at her son and smiled stroking his little cheek "it's mommy.."James hesitated but nodded "yes...I don't want to hurt anyone..."
Damon shook his head "he'll control it...like your dad does, you'll hand special gifts too!"
Lexi smiled softly and looked at the child inside. He was so small, and so adorable. "Oh I just want to scoop him up and hug him!"Torch nodded slowly. "Come on then. We better go tell your mother where you're going."
London nodded hopefully. "Alright." Then she paused. "Ill have powers too?" She asked, surprised.
Mae smiled and gently lifted him into her arms and rocked him "so perfect...he's worth the pain..."James nodded and followed him "you'll still visit right?..."
Damon nodded "every demon does...yours hasn't shown up yet!"
Lexi smiled. "I can not wait for Taylor to come." She said honestly.Torch nodded. "Yes I will. All the time." He promised. Then he looked at Mae. "Mae. James came to say good bye. Hes going to be isolated for a while."
London nodded slowly, smiling a little. "That sounds cool!"
Mae looked at Torch shocked and back to James and hugged him close kissing his hair "be good...I'll send you care packages...I'll miss you..." James held his mom close and sniffed "I don't want to hurt anyone...Tell Loo? I just can't..."
Damon chuckled and nodded helping her up "let's go see your baby brother!"
Torch nodded, watching them sadly. "It wont be long, hopefully." He told Mae, hugging her and his son in his arms. "We'll tell London." he promised. London nodded. "Alright." She agreed softly, following him to her family. She saw them all hugging and frowned in confusion. "What is going on?"
Mae sighed and slowly nodded looking up at London and sighing "London...James is going away for awhile..."James was saying goodbye to Zach before he looked at London "I can't hurt you..."
Damon frowned realizing where he was going "he's just a boy..."
Torch sighed and ruffled his own hair. "I know. It was his decision." He said, his face grim. London stared at him in shock. "You're leaving?" She asked, her face pale, she looked like she was going to start crying all over again.
Lexi was watching the whole interaction quietly, feeling rather sad for the family.
Mae felt tears prickle in her own eyes, when will they ever just stay together?James hugged his sister and couldn't move away fast enough as he burnt her arms "Loo! I'm so sorry!"
Damon rubbed her stomach and sighed kissing her cheek.
Torch bit his lip anf hugged Mae. "Ill heal them for you London."London gasped softly in pain. But it didnt hurt her heart like it did last time, she knee he didnt mean it. She watched her arms as they healed themselves, and she gasped. "James! Im coming with you! You cant hurt me permanently anymore!" She said, thrilled.
Lexi sighed and leaned her head on his shoulder, her hand resting over his on her stomach.
Damon saw the pain and instantly worried "what's wrong? Are you ok?"
