SOLVED. Two Cousins fall in love while finding a ghost [s]

Possibly made in the 80s or 90s. I think I found it in the Young Adult section at my local library when I was a kid. Read around the year 2000?

Very vague but the beginning has a young girl pick up her male cousin that just got back from the (war?) because he has PTSD. He has nightmares in bed every night. They soon start falling in love. Another plot to the story is they find a spirit in a cabin out in the woods I think. The end has the cousin playing his guitar. Both put the ghost to rest.
