Multiple entries & No page count

Hi, there is no page count on any of these editions. I need the one from Feb.10/2017, sold on Amazon for Kindle. The other problem is that this book appears in 4 different entries, one has 2 editions, the others have only 1.

I cleaned up the titles, combined as appropriate, and added page counts where available. Many of these editions do not have page counts available, either because Amazon does not list one or because the book is no longer available.

The edition currently sold on Amazon.ca is Feb.10/2017 with 779 pages because there's about 6 hours of reading in this edition.
