This book, "Out of the Ashes: Rebuilding American Culture" has two listings, one with author Anthony M. Esolen - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3..., and one with author Anthony Esolen - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2..., and title "Out of the Ashes: A Layman's Guide to Rebuilding Our Culture". I do not have the books on hand, which is why I'm hesitant to make changes myself, but I'm fairly certain these are the same book, given they have identical covers and Amazon lists the one given here as "Out of the Ashes: A Layman's Guide to Rebuilding Our Culture" with the title "Out of the Ashes: Rebuilding American Culture". In addition, the bio for Anthony Esolen says his middle initial is M., so the two authors appear to be the same person. Can someone less hesitant or more knowledgeable than me look at this and edit and combine as necessary? Thank you.

Since most of his books seem to be published as Anthony Esolen, and that profile was already well established, I merged Anthony M. into it and combined the editions. Subject to change from above, as ever. :-)
However, can someone look into the title further? I'm not sure why there are two different titles if Amazon and the covers all have the title "Out of the Ashes: Rebuilding American Culture".
Since WorldCat has the same title and doesn't mention them ever being called something else, I changed two of the titles to be the same. The 2017 audiobook, on the other hand (which I checked last) has the Layman's Guide title: http://www.worldcat.org/title/out-of-... Now I'm not sure if I should have changed the others ...?
