Lol me too. I seriously have nothing to do. I have to reply to my other RPs in other groups, but I'm having a bit of writer's blocks so I'm delaying it.

Haha nice xD lately I've only been active in two roleplays, including this one, and the other one is way easier but currently two of my characters don't really have anyone to role play with xD and I personally get writers block very easily when it's two characters that me and the other person just all of a sudden decided to roleplay (like, without any sort of plan, if that makes sense). I should just work on my characters :p one of them I just need the history, appearance and then editing through it.... But I'm lazy :p

I don't know what I'm going to do with Jasper. Charity is a bit drunk and he's not really the type to take advantage of drunk people in general. I'm thinking that he's going to stop his session with Charity before anything else happens. Any thought?

Well, from what I've been stalking Reading so far, which is A LOT whenever I have the time always, Jasper kind of reminds me of... Have you ever read the Stranger? By Albert Camus? He reminds me a lot of Meursault. This is actually ironic, Okay time for Hanna to get all book nerd up in here well not ironic, interesting, because the character Meursault has a bad relationship with his mother and the way that he reacts towards others is because of that relationship(it's never mentioned why their relationship was so broken though) and doesn't Jasper hate his mother? He kind of reminds me of him. A guy who is very sleezy and doesn't feel many emotions and doesn't care about others.


So basically, I would think and expect that Jasper would sleep with her only for his own benefit. And if he didn't, it was because he was lazy and probably preffered to go take a nap or do something better instead of spending his time on a girl, even if it is something as easy as sleeping with her.


Does this make sense? Very interesting character!!! (: I just put this all together and now I'm interested to see who his love interest would be- whoever it is- because guys like that are the hardest to get to fall in love, usually. That is if he is like Meaursault.

I haven't read the Stranger by Albert Camus before, but it does sound interesting. Lol That's funny. I though I made an original charrie, but I guess not. Well, I can't really answer the question that he hates his mother. But I'm pretty sure he does. (Lol He's my charrie and I'm not even sure about the information of him.) Since he discovered his mum cheating on father, he had a bad relatioshp with her ever since then. I guess one can say that he hates her. He felt betrayed by her actions. He still hasn't forgiven her.

It does make sense. I'm interested to see who his love interest will be, too. When I realized how I created him, I knew he was going to be hard to RP. Jasper sleeps with women as a distraction I suppose. Whenever he's stressed out or angry or whatever, he takes it out on the person who he's messing around with.

Anyway, thanks for your opinion! I'm going to follow through with your advice. I was thinking of him to just sleep with Charity anyway so we'll see how it goes.

Hey, Jasper is original! He has a few similar qualities, but still original (: no character is ever 100% unique. Ever. Just as no person ever is. That's what makes a person a part of the people(: and hate is a strong word, I just wrote that because it was the easiest way to describe it. And trust me, I don't know everything about Kora either. I mean, I'm coming up with more and more things to describe her by the minute.


And yeah, see! Sleeping around to distract him from things. That's what Meursault does. He slept with a girl the day after when he came back from his mothers funeral. Totally careless, went to the beach picked up a girl and then went to his hotel room to smoke and have sex. Albert Camus is a great writer. He's apart of the Existentialist movement and I even think he is or once was part of the Lost Generation, my favorite group of writers <3 they write about homeless romantic dudes who never end up getting the girl and die or something, haha.

But I heard this story today. Sounded so much like the great gatsby like omg.

It was about this guy who was letting his wife drive and she accidentally ran over two people and killed them (really sad and I think someone in my family knows them- it happened in NY) and the husband took the blame and said that he was driving cuz he didn't want his wife to go to jail. Well she obviously got caught but that just reminded me of the Great Gatsby with Gatsby and Daisy O.O
