Actually, you did not: you provided a GR book link and a link to an Amazon page, which is not specifying the ISBN explicitly.
WorldCat specifies a page count of 340 for ISBN-13 9783401062587 (ISBN-10: 3401062581), and is considered a more accurate count than Amazon.
What is printed after page 340 . . . ?
Actually, when entering the goodreads link, the ISBN was shown as suggestion which I confirmed.... obviously my fault to assume that goodreads would recognize it's own link.After Page 340 are appendix, glossary and recipes (since the book is also about chocolate). I really don't care for 10 pages more or less, so if you feel better going with 340 that's fine by me.
