Just came across a weird record:

Is this an actual book? It has an ASIN, but it looks like an a series page?

It is one of the series pages Amazon has now, but does not actually mean the series was sold as an omnibus. It should be merged.

It has no adds, but since deletions are so backlogged someone might add it before it is deleted. I therefore combined it with the trilogy The Godspeaker Trilogy and queued a deletion.
