I know you will enjoy No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency. I have read several from that series and love them.
I have a few of the Betty Hechtman crochet series but I haven't read them. Looking forward to hearing about it.
Who is the author of Post Mortem. I see that there are several books by that title.

Hi Elena! Thanks for joining us. I've seen Crime and Poetry going around and it will need to go on my TBR for later. I think Laura from mom2triplets04 said she read it recently earlier in this thread, so there's definitely someone here to discuss that book with! I think there's also someone reading some books from Lorna Barnett. I have a few from that series in my library and should really get to them. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the books you've chosen!

I'm super excited about this, unfortunately it had slipped my mind when I did my TBR for March, but I was able to pull some books from there to use for this! I am doubling up on challenges, so I hope that's ok :)
The Hidden Staircase (Classic Mystery/Youth Detective)
Fatal Affair (First in a Series/New to You Author)
The Unspoken (Paranormal)
Strawberry Shortcake Murder (Cozy Mystery)
So the only two categories I don't have a book for is True Crime/or Thriller & Diverse Character/Setting. So if anyone can recommend a True Crime book (I don't care for thrillers) that take place outside North America, that would be great :)

Hi Sarah! Yes, combining challenges is totally ok ^-^ I've been meaning to get into a Heather Graham book, but just haven't picked one up yet. You're reading the Hannah Swensen series too? I read Strawberry Shortcake Murder a few years ago and I enjoyed it. I hear the next Hallmark Movie adaptation is based on that book, though the title of the movie will be different. I haven't read any True Crime so I can't recommend anything to you there, but hopefully someone else in the group can. Thanks for joining in and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the books you have chosen!

Thanks for joining Rachel! I have The Donut Shop Mysteries on my shelf but haven't read them yet. I have yet to continue with the Stephanie Plum series, but I do enjoy Evanovich's Lizzy & Diesel series. The Excalibur Murders sounds interesting! I added that one to my TBR shelf. I read the Mysterious Affair at Styles last year and thought it was interesting. Have you read any other Agatha Christie?

I've read about five or six Christie's so far. Love her! Although they tend to be not as good towards the end of her writing career.

Sounds like two good choices Emily. I see you are still going with the Government/Presidential theme. Is that the one by Margaret Truman? Julie Hyzy has some White House mysteries. I think they are White House Chef to be specific.
